Q. How long has DMG valeting services been trading?
A. As a company, we have been trading since May 2006 however, our experience in the business is well over 15 years.

Q. What area do you cover?
A. Most of Greater Manchester

Q. What is the benefit of valeting
A. Appearance counts. There are many benefits, not least it can make your car smell clean and fresh but just as you would service the engine in your car, proper exterior care can enhance its value, so a valet is a must if you are selling your vehicle.

Q. Do you not need water and electricity?
A. Our vehicles are equipped with both should neither be available.

Q. Do I have to visit you?
A. No, we are a fully mobile service and can visit you wherever you live or work within our operating area. We do not have premises / workshops.

Q. What vehicles do you valet?
A. We specialise in cars, 4x4s, MPV's & executive vehicles. We also specialise in trade shows and exhibition valeting.

Q. How far in advance do I need to book?
A. As far as possible, at times it has been known for us to book two weeks in advance but call and we may be able to fit you in at short notice if there has been a cancellation.

Q. Is my car insured while you work on it?
A. Yes, unlike a lot of our competitors we are fully insured. We also carry third party liability insurance (£1,000,000) and are fully insured to drive your vehicle if necessary.

Q. When can you visit to valet my vehicle?
A. We operate Monday to Friday and our telephone lines are open from 8.30am to 5.30pm. If you require our service outside the above hours, enhanced fees will apply.

Q. Can you work in any weather?
A. No. Unfortunately, we have some restrictions but we can advise you at the time of your booking.

Q. How long will it take to clean my car?
A. It depends on the level of service you require, however a Mini Valet will take about 30 minutes dependant on your vehicle condition and a Full Valet about 2-4 Hours depending on the size of your car and how dirty it is.

Q. Will you have to drive my car?
A. Not usually. We will ask you to position it before we start work.

Q. Do you provide Gift Certificates?
A. Yes, we do. Please contact us for further details.

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
A. We currently accept cash, a cheque with a valid bankers card, PayPal.

Q. Do you have any restrictions on where you valet my car?
A. Yes, our insurers have stated certain areas within which we cannot operate, please see our terms and conditions for our operational restrictions.

Q. Do you carry out Valeting at Trade Shows or Exhibitions?
A. Yes, this is an area that we specialise in and would welcome the opportunity to discuss your project with you. Please contact us.
